1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms govern the use of the CGKIT.PRO service, which provides access to a database of 3D models via subscription.
1.2. Using the service constitutes the user's acceptance of these terms.
2. Registration and Access
2.1. To use the service, users must create an account.
2.2. Accounts on the PRO, MAX, and FREE plans are for personal use only and may not be shared with second or third parties.
2.3. Accounts on the STUDIO plan are for use by employees of a single studio only. Sharing with third parties is prohibited.
2.4. Access to content is provided through a subscription, with conditions specified on the website.
2.5. When purchasing a 1-month subscription, the user receives 30 days of access. When purchasing a 1-year subscription, the user receives 365 days of access.
2.6. We set per-plan limits (hour/day/month) on downloads, concurrent sessions/devices, and request frequency.
2.7. Limits may be adjusted to protect the service; current limits are shown on the website or in the account.
3. Use of Content
3.1. All 3D models are available for review purposes only. Their use in commercial and personal projects is prohibited.
3.2. Reselling, distributing, or uploading downloaded models to third-party platforms is prohibited.
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1. Subscription payments are made through the available payment methods on the website.
4.2. Subscriptions renew automatically if there is sufficient balance in the account.
4.3. Refunds for paid subscriptions are not provided.
5. Restrictions and Liability
5.1. CGKIT.PRO is not responsible for any copyright violations resulting from the use of the models.
5.2. The administration reserves the right to block an account for violating the terms without refund.
5.3. Use of the service by second or third parties is prohibited. If such activity is detected, access to the account may be restricted or permanently blocked without compensation.
5.4. All materials on the website are uploaded by users. The website administration is not responsible for the content of uploaded materials.
5.5. Violating Fair Use (Section 7) may result in immediate account ban without refund.
6. Changes to the Terms
6.1. The administration reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
6.2. Continued use of the service after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
7.1. “Draining” means mass or systematic downloading up to plan limits, using automation/scrapers/bots, sharing credentials, or creating multiple accounts to bypass limits.
7.2. Draining and any attempt to bypass technical controls are prohibited.
7.3. We may apply technical measures: rate limits, captchas, slowdowns, device/session caps, or temporary blocks.
7.4. If draining is detected, we may ban first, without notice. To appeal, contact support at https://t.me/cgkit_support; restoration is at our discretion after review.
7.5. We may notify you when limits are reached or restrictions are applied (where technically possible).
